I met Kathryn last November on the Summit at Sea Cruise when she taught the yoga class for my best buddy and inspirational lady, Emily Nolan (you may recognise the name from a previous episode). I will confidently say that Kathryn’s class was one of my favourites and highly needed on such an intense and less-than-grounded networking weekend. Kathryn is really amazing at guiding you to feel comfortable, get out of your head, and most of all- feel good about yourself. I went into Summit feeling slightly insecure and uneasy about myself- and I felt like a sexy (pussy-magic) rockstar by the end of that class.
When I saw that Kathryn was coming to my home (WHISTLER) for Wanderlust, I knew I had to re-connect and get her on the show! I hope you all enjoy this episode- I know that you probably already love her! Big Conscious Conversations milestone here!
