I first met Liz the day I stepped foot into the jungle of Costa Rica, on the first day of Sisterhood (hosted by Emily Nolan). Liz welcomed us, holding her new born baby Gia on her side, dressed simply in her yoga clothes and glowing in her natural jungle beauty. During that week in Costa Rica I continued to connect with Liz and learn from watching her in this natural and transformative habitat. It wasn’t long after I returned to Vancouver that Liz and I re-connected. We share a similar passion and drive for global shift, nutrition and healing. I’m SO excited to be returning to Costa Rica at the end of February (along with 15 other women who could be YOU) to host my Living in Light Retreat. I would love to have you join!
