Her and her husband (fellow holistic nutritionist, Josh Gitalis) are so passionate about holistic living and they really do walk their talk. Meghan’s health journey starts with an unexpected diagnosis of Crohn’s disease back in 2006 and was told that she would live with the disease for the rest of her life.
